About Counseling
The Singapore American Community Action Council (SACAC) was founded in 1973 as a non-profit organization serving the local and expatriate communities. SACAC counseling and Community Programs is a resource with a wide variety of services including, psychological counseling, workshops, a health library, community services, and membership.
Counseling
Personal consultation and counseling services are available to help gain a better perspective on life’s problems and identify alternative solutions. Our team of experienced professionals are trained in many different areas of mental health and maintain strict confidentiality. We have staff memebrs fluent in English, Spanish and Tagalog. Workshops
A diversity of classes is designed to stimulate personal and family growth and to increase enjoyment of life. Workshop topics are varied and created with the entire family in mind. Ongoing groups provide an opportunity for reflection and sharing with others around common interests. An informal atmosphere encourages learning, support, and insight. Groups meet regularly each month.

Membership
